A joint venture between Modern Meadow and Thomas Strebost (owner of Heller) was established in early 2026 to produce dry white wine in Germany.

Modern Meadow will continue to produce the raw material (sheet-grade white wine) in the USA until the end of 2026. From autumn/late 2026 onwards, production will then take place at INNOVERA Europe in Germany.

This project was funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology, and Space.
